To send email notifications on compliance requirements and status, follow these steps.
- Go to ‘Student Compliance’ from your dashboard.
- Select the ‘By Cohort’ option under “View By:” and then select appropriate cohort.
- Go to ‘Notification’ Tab. A list of all the students within that cohort will appear.
You will be able to tally the number of documents the student has uploaded. Here, you can select or deselect the students using the check boxes on the left-hand side to whom you want to send the email notifications regarding their status update on their compliance requirements. - select the students of that cohort by clicking the check box next to the names, to send an email. Note: You can deselect the students if you do not want to include them in the email. Just uncheck the box next to the student's name.
- Click on the ‘Filter icon’ if you would like to send email notifications to only specific students.
- A drawer will open in which you can filter the appropriate requirements, requirement status, reason, etc. and click on ‘Apply’.
The filtered data will appear on the ‘Notification’ page. You can then select or deselect the students using the check boxes on the left-hand side. - Click on the ‘+ Compose Email’ button on the upper right corner.
- The ‘Compose Email’ window has three steps.
- Enter the school’s email address or the email address that student can reply to in the “Reply to” section. Click on ‘Next’.
- Pick a template. Standard template is available by default. School can choose to “+Add Template” of their own by clicking on it.
Add the Template name, Subject, and Description for you email. You can check the box for “Set as default template” if you wish to do so. You can also upload a file of your choice in this template by clicking on “Browse to upload”.

Click on ‘Save’ button.

Now, select this newly added template from “Pick a template” drop down list.
- Click on ‘Preview’.
- Enter the school’s email address or the email address that student can reply to in the “Reply to” section. Click on ‘Next’.
- Once previewed, click on ‘Send’ to send the email notification to the students OR you can select ‘Previous’ to go back and make necessary modifications.
