Managing Graduating Students in Exxat Prism

Once students have graduated, it is important to update their status in Exxat Prism to reflect this change. 

There are a couple of ways to update their status:

• Marking them as 'Graduate' - This option ensures their name no longer appears in the Students grid by default. However, the student can still have access to Exxat Prism as long as their school email is active
• Marking them as 'Inactive' - This option ensures their name no longer appears in the Students grid by default. Additionally, they no longer have access to Exxat Prism. 

In both options, student data is retained and accessible via reports.



You also have the option to update the graduation status of multiple students in bulk, saving you time and effort by using the 'Bulk update' option under the Students grid.
