You can upload document son behalf of students in one of the following ways.
- By Cohort
- By Student
By Cohort
To upload documents on behalf of students using the View By: By Cohort option follow these steps.
- Select Student Compliance from your left-menu.
- Click on the ‘Compliance’ Tab and view by ‘Cohort’ to search for the cohort to which the student belongs.
- Click on the ‘cohort’, go to ‘Summary’ tab and search for the student name.
The page will load all requirements enabled along with the current status. - Click on the document status ‘‘Get started’ for the requirement which you would like to upload a particular student.
- A drawer will open up and then click on the ‘+’ icon.
- Another drawer will open up, where you need to enter Start date (Completion/Issue date)/ Expiration date as applicable and click on Upload document to upload the document.
- Browse and upload the documents for the student. Click on “Save” button once the document is uploaded and dates are entered.
- You will be able to see the all the details and the document status will be set as “In- progress” by default.
- Update the document status to “Pending review” and click on “Update status” so that approve team can review it. Alternatively, you may also update the document status to ‘Approved’ if you would like to review it.

- Click on the document status of the requirement that you would like to upload and click on the ‘+’ icon.
- Another drawer will open up, where you need to enter Start date (Completion/Issue date)/ Expiration date as applicable and click on Upload document to upload the document.
- Browse and upload the documents for the student. Click on “Save” button once the document is uploaded and dates are entered.
- You will be able to see the all the details and the document status will be set as “In- progress” by default.
