1. What is Exxat Approve?
Exxat Approve is Exxat’s compliance document management service where Exxat’s
team of medical professionals reviews and approves student documents such
as immunizations, background checks, and drug screenings, on behalf of your
school.
2. How do students pay for Exxat Approve?
Students can pay directly within the Exxat Prism platform through a payment
gateway,
or their program may cover the cost. Contact your school for details.
3. If a student drops out, how is the Approve payment refunded?
If no documents were uploaded and the student withdraws, a refund may be
possible. Contact your school for more information.

4. If a student is marked inactive, is the subscription paused?
No. The subscription remains active for one year from the payment date.
If reactivated after one year, the student must pay again.
5. How does the Approve subscription work in student pay?
• Subscription activates immediately after payment.
• Valid for its full duration from the payment date.
Example: If the yearly fee is $36 and a student pays on May 30, 2025, the subscription is valid until May 30, 2026.

6. If a student is marked inactive, can they access Exxat PRISM?
No. Inactive students cannot log in. Contact your school to reactivate your
account.
7. How often do students receive compliance notifications?
Notifications are sent weekly for all mandatory requirements not in “Approved”
status.
Optional requirements also trigger alerts if “Not Approved,” “Expiring,”
or “Expired.”

8. How do students share their profile and documents with clinical sites?
Students can use the “Share Profile” button on their profile page.

10. What is the support turnaround time?
Only sites the student or school shares the link with can view the profile.
9. Do students need to activate their Exxat PRISM account?
Yes. Students must click the activation link in the invitation email.
If not activated, they cannot log in and will not receive weekly notifications.

13. Will students get an invite link for Universal screenings?
Students request screenings directly through Exxat.

14. I paid for the screening, but results aren’t uploaded. What do I do?

16. How does Exxat review exemptions?
If allowed by your school or sites, exemptions appear as:

17. Why are compliance requirements not visible to me?
Your school must contact the Approve team to enable compliance requirements.
18. Where can I access my old documents?
When a new document is uploaded, older ones move to the “Archived” section.
19. I have an expired requirement. Where do I upload the new document?
Click the “Add New Record” button located at the top-right corner of that
requirement.
20. How can I upload my compliance documents?
Navigate to the Compliance section → click on the requirement status → click
“+” → upload files → Save.

Review time is 48–72 hours after uploading.

A 2-step PPD test requires 4 visits:
• Visit 1: TST 1 placed
• Visit 2: TST 1 read (24–72 hrs later)
• Visit 3: TST 2 placed (7–21 days later)
• Visit 4: TST 2 read (24–72 hrs later)
• Visit 1: TST 1 placed
