To upload compliance documents on behalf of Faculty follow these steps.
- Login to the Exxat Prism
- Go to Faculty Compliance from the dashboard or from the hamburger menu.
Note: Administrators without the access to Faculty compliance will not be able to see Faculty compliance tile on their Home Page.
Faculty compliance has three view options - Dashboard, Faculty view, and Document view. In the dashboard you will see the status of ‘compliant’ vs ‘non-compliant’ for each faculty and the pie chart ‘By status’ shows the status for each compliance requirement. -
Click Faculty view tab and to see list of faculty members with a summary of their compliance status.

To view the compliance requirements with their statuses for individual faculty, click on “compliance status”.

Click on Document view tab to see the list of students with their compliance requirements, their status and other details.
- Click on the Status Get Started and Click Upload to upload the documents.
- Enter the required dates, Click Browse to Upload to upload the required documents.
Click submit and confirm submission to upload documents on behalf of faculty. - Click Add new record to add a new document.
When you add a new document, the document overrides the old document, and the previously uploaded document will not be visible.

Review and Update Document Status
- To review & update the document status for the uploaded document, click on ‘Pending review’ status.
- Select the appropriate document status from the ‘Document status’ dropdown on the right and click on ‘Submit’.
